The Building

The building complex stands on a Crown Reserve administered by The Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE). The Upper Beaconsfield Community Complex Building and Grounds Committee manage the complex on behalf of DSE on a voluntary basis. The Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre is the major user of the complex under a simple licence agreement.

B&G hire the hall and full kitchen facility to the public. Enquiries should be made to the Hall committee - Email Here.

Upper Beaconsfield Community Centre Inc who occupy the building complex under a Licence.


The UBCC has a licence to use parts of the building complex, which include:
· Crèche
· Hall
· Two meeting rooms
· Two offices
· Storerooms
· One freestanding class room
· One kitchen
· One kitchenette
· Computer facility
· On and off street parking
· Barbeque and picnic facilities
· Disused Tennis court

The Centre makes the following equipment available for classes.
· Computers
· Photocopier
· Facsimile
· Television with DVD and video
· Overhead projector and screen
· Whiteboards
· Scanner
· Fully equipped kitchen
